Broken Chains Part1

Namine  and her best friends Xion and Kairi are siting  together at a table at lunch and giggling.
dreaming about the boy you have a crush on. Kairi said
" Hey! Snap out of it Namine !" Kairi said   poking her.
Namine  jump up out of her chair .
" Wh-what?" Namine  said.
" You were spacing out." Kairi says.
" Oh! Sorry," Namine apologize. Xion giggles at her.
" She was probably thinking about him again!" Xion snickers.
" Was not!" Namine say guiltily.
" Yes you were! I can tell! Don't tell me you weren't think of Demyx !"Xion said
Namine blush at his name,Namine look at the table in front of her.
" So what if I was?" she mumble.
" Why don't you just ask him out? He's is one of your best friend, and I'm sure he likes you too, you just have to take a chance!" Kairi  insists. Namine blush ever deeper now
" What if he doesn't, though?" Namine  said worriedly.
" He will! You're smart, funny, and pretty! Any boy would want you!"
Kairi almost bitterly.
Namine smile at them.
" Thanks." Namine said. Suddenly, Demyx approaches the table.
Namine  face immediately flushes red again.
" Hey!" he calls out, smiling that charming smile of his.
" Hey, Demyx." Namine mumble. Demyx sits down next to Namine .
" What's up?"Namine  
Namine  look at the table again, not wanting to meet his eyes, nervous.
" Not much."Namine  stammer.
" Hey, do you want to come over to my house today?  Demyx ask
" he offers, smiling sweetly. Namine  eyes widen.
" Me? C-come to your house?"Namine  stammer.
" Well, yeah." Demyx frowns. He has those sad puppy dog eyes that she love.
" Can't you make it?" Demyx ask
Namine  look over at Kairi and Xion who are giggling .
They burst into another fit of laughter as Namine look at them desperately.
You turn back to face the cute blond-haired boy.
" Yeah, I can make it." she said, smiling uncertainly.
she thoughts her racing,  heart jump out of her  chest.
" Great! See you later!" he smiles again, then waves and leaves.
Namine  breath a sigh of relief, then grin at her  friends.
" He asked me over! Oh my god, I can't believe it!" Namine say happily.
" See? I told you he likes you!" Kairi said
that day after school was over Namine walk to Demyx house
she bite her lip nervously as you stand outside Demyx  house.
Hesitantly, she  ring the doorbell.
The door opens almost immediately.
" Hey!" Demyx grins at Namine . You blush scarlet
. " Hey." Namine  say softly.
" Come in." Demyx holds the door open wider.
Namine hesitantly step inside his house.
It's really clean in his house, unlike Namine, which is a mess from her drawing.
His house is also big.
" Wow," Namine murmur.
" Yeah. My mom's a neat-freak,
" Demyx says, shaking his head and making you laugh.
" Mine is too. But we have a cat and dog.
She can't clean fast enough.
" Namine say. He smiles.
" Here, this is my room
." He leads you to a door off to the right.
Inside, his room is also pretty neat.
There are music posters everywhere, along with an assortment of musical instruments.
Namine look around, wide-eyed. Namine knew he had a sitar - he played it in the band - but you didn't know he had all of these others!
" Wow! How many instrument do you have?" Namine gasp.
He grins as he sits down on his bed.
He pats the space next to him invitingly.
Namine walk over, blushing at being so close to him.
" I don't know how many.
" Demyx admits.
" OK, how many do you actually play? Namine ask
... A lot." he laughs.
" Demyx play all of the standard band instruments,
Demyx guess. Plus the guitar, the viola, and the oboe. Maybe the others Demyx  play occasionally, but the guitar and sitar are my favorite.
" He explains. He sounds excited now, talking about music.
He always loved to talk about playing.
Namine loved just listening to his amazing voice. He must be great at singing, namine think dreamily.
The two of them chat for a while about music.
Namine finally getting more comfortable being this close; he's still just acting like a friend.
But suddenly you Namine can spot him inching closer. to her  her cheeks flush, and she  look, nervous. What do I do? Namine think frantically.
" Ummm... can you play something for me?" Namine ask,
getting desperate. Demyx blinks, and looks at you as if frustrated. " Sure." he says.
He carefully takes his guitar out of it's case. " I know you've heard me play the sitar before, so I'll play the guitar this time." he said, smiling at  Namine.
" What do you want me to play?" Namine shrug. " Anything, I guess." Namine murmur.
He thinks for a second, deciding what to play.
Then, he lets his fingers dance on the strings.
Namine almost gasp aloud she knew he was amazing at the sitar, but he was just as good on the guitar! she  feel like she  could listen to him for hours, he played so well.
Then he started to sing. Just like Namine thought, he was an outstanding singer as well. Can he do everything? Namine smile. It's pretty likely. He was amazing. Namine close her  eyes and let the music flow through her, soothing your anxieties. Music was a great way to relax, and you loved listening to songs.
He first played a rock song, and then he slowed it down with a romantic love song. It sounded amazing. she suddenly notice the look he's giving her , like he means every word he's singing.
Namine blush, and look away, nervous again. she  close her eyes and try to soothe your nerves, but nothing helps.
But as the song ends, she open her eyes and find yourself face-to-face with dazzling aqua green eyes. Namine blush deepens considerably.
" Wh-what are you..."
Namine stammer, before the cute boy suddenly locks his lips with her.
Namine heart pounds so hard you think it's going to break out of your chest. she  barely realize that  her hands are tangling themselves in Demyx's blond hair, as she kiss him back passionately.
Namine nervousness bubbles away, and blush recedes. Everything fades away but you and the boy sitting opposite she . It was a wonderful feeling.
The kiss lasts for about a minute, before you finally break away for a breath.
Namine look into those dazzling  blue green eyes. They were shining like diamonds.
" Namine  you were taking too long," Demyx whispered.
she look down at the floor, embarrassed.
" I didn't know if you liked me...." she stammer. He scoffs.
" I guess I wasn't obvious enough," he says before kissing her again.
